i purchased this washer and the matching dryer 3 years ago. a few months ago i started having issues with the washing machine powering on and then one day it died completely. after some research i discovered that the electronic control board had gone bad and that this is a known issue with samsung appliances. it will cost about $600 in parts and labor to replace it. if you can even get the replacement part, which has been difficult if not impossible. however, you can buy the new version of this same washer for $699. what sort of company makes large appliances that are essentially worthless in 3 years and are so expensive to fix? no care for the customer, no care for the environment. it's sad.

i bought this washer and it leaks like crazy had to turn it off so it wouldn't cause anymore damage called customer service it wasn't a good experience

stay away from this company it is worthless 2 month old washer that leaks 3 different guys have come out to try and fix it with them just replacing parts refuses to replace machine
