I like the features and controls on the range but am disappointed that the stainless steel top is not more durable. I have 2 accidental scratches in the finish that cannot be fixed. I would like the cast iron grids to be heavier as is typical on better ranges. Finally, the large burner can only be operated at about 2/3 capacity with a large stockpot, as the flame extends past the bottom of the pot. At the price point of this range all of these issues should be addressed.

We bought this oven a couple of years ago and from day 1 we have had issues with it. At first the knobs on the stove would get extremely hot which is concerning for a family with small kids. Come to find out there was an issue with the fan inside the oven and the heat was not properly escaping. The Electrolux technician fixed the issue and we were able to use it. Fast forward two years, the oven now has issues heating up and most of the time doesn't even heat up past 108 degrees. Had a technician come out yet again to fix an oven we probably should have returned two years ago but I really wanted to love this oven! The number of times we had to fix this oven in the span of two years is highly disappointing and frustrating for a household that avidly cooks.

Hi I bought a house that had a 2 year older installed and while the cooking capabilities on the range are great there is a massive flaw that i have extremely annoying.I have an open kitchen, so my dining area is right next to the kitchen. The oven fan noise runs the entire time the oven is running. its loud like an exhaust fan. I initially thought this must have been a broken part, and actually went through the effort to get this serviced only to waste my 99$ service fee to get told this is normal noise level to expect.. Moreover, this oven takes 30-45 minutes to stop the fan running, so let's just expect noise to be heard during all dinners forever if your home is not huge. I am extremely disappointed in this oven range and would not recommend this at all especially if you are paying this premium price for an Electrolux.
