I am still learning all the variations possible for use of this marvelous machine. It's especially nice that it is connected to my phone to keep me appraised of laundry progress. This machine takes longer to complete the each load. However, so far I am happy with the results (clean/dry laundry).

We purchased this machine in July, 2019, and for 3 months, it did a good job. However, now, all of a sudden, the machine will not dry clothes. After 4 hours of being on the drying cycle, the clothes come out wet, slightly warm and wet, as compared to the first 3 months when they came out hot and dry. Whirlpool sent out one technician who had no idea of how to work on this machine. He was watching Youtube videos, calling Whirlpool tech support and he said that tech support said that it was working as designed! Apparently, this machine is only designed to dry clothes for 3 months.

My adult children had this put in professionally so I could stay on the first floor of my home - I appreciated that they did not want me to fall as I was recovering from a fall which left me on the floor overnight resulting in multiple fractures putting in a hospital and then in a physical rehab program at a skilled nursing home. I did not want to hurt their feelings telling them how disappointed I am and have been since using this horrible wretched machine. It takes over 6 hours to wash a small wash which usually is still wet when it finally says the wash is ready. I try to take some items out, hang them on a hanger in the bathroom, etc. They are pretty wrinkled. The extra dry cycle with 2 pair of PJ's "sensed" 4 hrs., 26 min. extra drying time. I am so distraught that I have taken to going in my basement to use my dryer against medical advice. If I don't have a stroke from the stress, I could suffer another fall from going back to my basement set up. I paid a ton of money for this piece of junk and it's more work than a 1940's wringer washer. Shame on Whirlpool. PS: Wrinkle Shield can go on for 12 hours unless you shut it off. Still look like rag bags.

I have had this all in one washer-dryer three months now, and I love it! You only load the drum about a half full (which allows it to be a dryer after the wash cycle), for this I’m really liking not having so many much laundry per load. I’m finding with fewer pieces of clothing and all, that I can quickly fold and store my laundry when it’s clean. The filter that you are supposed to change every six months must be changed much more frequently with pets (I have 2 cats and 2 dogs, mine is the house of fur). I’m still fine tuning,my next guess during shedding season, every 2 months. Honestly once you figure it out cleaning the filter, it’s not such a big deal. I didn’t read the entire instructions the first couple of times, and because it is different from your usual washer and dryer there is a learning curve to understanding how to use it . I love this machine!
