two months after purchase the knocking and banging started. will never purchase samsung product again. i regret buying this pair. i was unable to post my video because the requirements are ridiculous!

washing machine is load and obnoxious, service people came to look at 3 times. machine was leveled, and placed correctly, the conclusion is normal sounds. i regret buying this machine.
