i purchased a samsung washer and dryer in 2017. on 7/11/20, the dryer drum seal came off during a dry cycle, and ruined my clothes. at 3 years old, a two person household, this never should happen. now i find out that i cant replace the felt seal, but the entire drum! i had a chat session and was told they would not cover the cost of the new drum and they "test every machine before to ensure it works". that's great, but 3 years later, it's broken..
