Stops cooling without warning

Twice, the fridge has stopped cooling entirely despite the door panel saying the temperature was correct (and the smart things app as well). Nobody services Samsung in my area so I am waiting for a refund and constantly checking the temperature so my food doesn’t spoil again. Very disappointed.

I love not having to bend down to access the refrigerator and there's plenty of room in it. For example: We were able to thaw (and store) a 20 pound turkey in a roaster on o e shelf and still had plenty of room for pies and other Christmas fixins. Most importantly, my wife loves it!
