Samsung.com
bought new washer and dryer from home depot nov 21, 2021. both samsung. samsung is refusing to replace or repair my fully warrantied washer and instead trying to offer me an "ecoupon." they have the exact washer in stock at several other locations but the people at samsung said they can only ship replacements from their replacement warehouse. buyer beware!
