Got this delivered and hooked up and instantly loud noise. Was told it couldn’t be fixed. I’ve been hang drying clothes for a month now waiting on it to come back in stock because I got a matching set and am to ocd to get another kind. I’ll repost updated review when I get one that works

Bought this a few months ago and have not at serious issues to date. Overall the washer and dryer work well but would not say they are the premium grade smart features I expected. The features are intuitive and the timing for each cycle seems a bit off. Also both appliances disconnect from the SmartThings app after turning the power off. Also, I’ve never had a worse customer service experience I’m my life. Samsung simply has to do better and get their support staff better training and improve the customer experience. Long wait times, no clear lines of communication, lack of accountability. That in itself knocked this review down a notch.
