we bought this refrigerator less than 5 years ago and have nothing but trouble with it. samsung has charged us to "fix" the fridge, and yet right now the temp is 60 degrees (even tho setting is 37).

We bought our new refrigerator four years ago. Recently, water began pooling, and then freezing, under the CoolSelect Pantry drawer because the drainage tubes were made too small to actually drain. We had to unplug it for two days before the repair-person could repair this for a $200.00. In addition, the ice maker is ill designed and allows condensation to form on the ice itself. Despite this, I do like that the refrigerator has plenty of shelving options.
