Great washer with easy to understand and operate controls. This model has an agitator but does not seem to impact load capacity too much. Slightly on noisy side.

The washer fills with such a low amount of water that you can see it washing with an incredible amount of dirty water. Imagine an old mop that is dirty washing the floor with dirty water. The rinse cycle is the same way. We called to return the washing machine after one week and there are no returns. Hence dont bother buying one you will regret the machine and the no return policy.

I bought a month ago and have had a few issues with washer especially spin cycle but I have it figured out. Customer service has been mixed. The first call to CS was outstanding but second call not so good. Overall very pleased so far.

I was looking for a washer machine that had an agitator and I found this one. It has a 10 year warranty on the motor. That is a plus I have had this washing machine for 3 weeks. It is so quiet that I am amazed. It has a quick wash thats 26 minutes. I live this washer. The best feature is that you can sync the washer to your phone to troubleshoot or delay washing.
