I am not a huge fan of This washer. It never fills up with enough water and I have to be attentive to it and keep hitting more water or switch between cycles for it to fill up more otherwise the clothes get tangled inside. I prefer my old manual washer that broke. I also wish this had the washing arm in the center to clean and scrub clothes better. I also wish there was a light so you could see inside so you wouldnt have to keep opening the lid.

i liked my old school washer with the long washer insert in the middle better. this never fills up enough water and i have to keep switching between cycles to get the water level decent enough that the clohtes wont tangle. so it takes up more time doing laundry. I also feel it doesnt clean well since there is nothing in the middle to srub clothes. and it doesnt have lights so you cant see inside through the dark glass top.

Purchased for new home and have used extensively. Had some minor issues with it slowing down got assistance and found out about reset and checking inlet filters. For large bulky items washer not really built for. For us a retired couple it does fine.
