I bought my washer and dryer combo in March of 2016. I wasnt sure what to expect because LG was not one of the brands I grew up with. I have washed everythin g from socks to comforters and to my surprise no problems. The only issue I have had to deal with and it only happened once in 7 years is a unbalanced load. I moved into a new condo and turned the washer before I checked whether or not the floor was level. The floor was but at my old place it wasnt. Once I leveled the machine no issues since.

I have been using this washing machine for about 3 weeks. It works great. The clothes come clean and it has many different settings. I had to try different wash settings to find what works best for each load....I do a lot of laundry One problem I have with the machine is that the clothes come out all wrinkled in normal spin cycles. If you change the spin cycle to medium the clothes come out too wet. I only gave it 4 stars because the drum is so deep and I am only 52 and I cant reach the clothes at the bottom of the drum. I have to use a stool to be abe to get to the bottom. I recommend this washer but if you are short and dont want to stand on a stool every time you do a load this would be a deal breaker.
