my washer decided to stop working right in the middle of a cycle and just 2 months after the warranty ended. it looks like from other reviews that mine may be the control panel as well. i am very dissappointed, especially for someone who has been loyal in buying samsung products. this is the 3rd appliance we have had issues with and all after the warranties have expired. i will consider not buying samsung in the future.

have had less than a year and won’t stay on. shutting off and on by itself. called custpmwr swrvice and was told it was oit of warranty even though i have had it for less than 24 months which is what the website says is standard warranty.

the wifi connection, never worked. the washer panels is the most frustrating, it won't recognize i'm pressing the buttons. power off and on several times for it to finally accept the buttons i push.

purchased 2 years ago. the electric panel is fried already. i was told by a repair man ge, lg, maytag, kenmoore and whirlpool are the best bets. stick with those brands.
