i would love to get my money back for the washer/dryer combo. washer should have more settings, such as the ability to use hot water with any wash. issues are it sounds like a plane taking off, when you open the door, water drips in a steady stream fom the soap dispenser area. matching dryer is so bad. i've had these machines for about two months, and the dryer has started making a screeching sound. dryer doesn't dry clothes unless it's on the timed cycle. i have a thick blanket that takes almost 3 hours to dry. the lint trap is awkward and hard to open and put back in the machine. i can't believe these machines had a decent rating. i love samsung but these were a horrible purchase.
