This pedestal needs to be about 3" taller. Cannnot fight a regular bottle of liquid detergent inside of pedestal without tilting it sideways. Needs more compartment dividers! Corner screw cover popped off after installers left. Installers do shoddy work. Would not recommend having them install your appliances! Get an appliance company to come out and install them. The company that Lowes contracts out does the minimal install and does not install correctly. And they won't listen to your request and they have major attitudes!

The product raises the washer to the right height for a tall person. I wish it came with more dividers.

We recently purchased a Samsung Front Loader Washer/Dryer pair. Due to back pain issues, both my husband and I were looking forward to using the pedestals (that's right, my husband does his own laundry). Although the washer/dryer arrived in good condition, the pedestals arrived badly dented and scratched up. Lowes has agreed to replace the damaged pedestals, but we are using the damaged ones until they can deliver new ones . As for our back issues, the pedestals are wonderful! Even my husband is happy and he's 6'4".
