we purchased our samsung washer and dryer last year and i am completly confused why our dryer is leaking water, takes forever to dry and none of the buttons for the different settings work. i do laundry twice a week so this thing is not getting a ton of use and is already broken after ine year. i would recommend staying away from this dryer.

we bought this dryer 4 years ago. this weekend it stopped heating. after contacting samsung, we cleaned out our vents, which was over $200. that didn't work so we got a repair person out. samsung never bothered to contact us back regarding a repair person in our area, so we found our own. then we were told the cost to repair would be over $400! so over $600 to fix a 4 year old dryer. no thanks! we will be buying a new dryer, but definitely not a samsung. i remember when dryers lasted 20 years, but these sure don't.
