we have had this dryer for a littler over 3 years. right after the 1 year warranty expired, the control board decided to malfunction. now the dryer won't stop spinning, even if you turn off the dryer. the only way to get it to stop spinning after the cycle is complete is to unplug the machine or leave the door open. it wastes a ton of electricity due to this flaw. avoid this dryer!

hi, anyone know how to prevent what we call "bedding burritos" in the dryer? when we put in sheets or quilts or blankets, they end up rolling up into a burrito, and only the outer layers get dry. unroll it and the inside is still wet. every time.

less than 2 years and already broken. i can not close the dryer door without it turning on. so frustrsting since this is not a cheap dryer. disappointed that there is only a year warranty as well! we have taken care of our dryer and alresdy has issues so soon. disappointing. will buy a maytag or whirlpool when it finally completely dies.

i bought this dryer in mid-2019 and it has had a few major issues since the beginning. the dry-sensing is very inconsistent. the clothes or especially bedding will still be damp most of the time when it says they are done. i resorted to just running manual timed dry, which pretty much defeats the purpose of buying a dryer like this. the other major issue is the steam function. whether using sanitize or wrinkle-release/refresh it will simply soak the clothes. it will steam them until they are drenched and then say it is done. i bought this dryer and the matching washer specifically because i have had good luck with samsung products in the past. this entire experience has been very disappointing.

it didn’t even cross my mind that i would not be able to control the temperature setting on a modern dryer. the only way to use those temperature adjust buttons is on time dry. so, basically the censor dry feature is useless if you want to use medium/low or low heat, which is what the care tag says on basically all my clothes. what a major design fail. would have never bought this dryer if i knew that.
