Our 10 year old dishwasher broke over Christmas. We had a repairman out to service it and the cost of repairs was more than 50% of buying new. If we bought a dishwasher through the repairman the cost of the service call would be applied toward the new dishwasher and installation. I didn't go in person to see what the inside of the Whirlpool looked like which was a big mistake. I should have gone to see how the racks were designed and how my dishes would fit inside. The dishwasher works well and cleans our dishes so I don't have any complaints about the performance

I have had numerous dishwashers over the years. I am very pleased with the Whirlpool dishwasher. Great price for a great dishwasher with numerous cycles.

It certainly works better than the Whirlpool we had. I don't have the model number, but it lasted from 2001 or so.
