Very quiet. Overall, does a good job of cleaning. Drying could be better, but is expected as it does not have a heating element for drying.

We have used th;e dishwasher two times now and are quite satisfied with the performance. we were really impressed with just how quite it really is. (Really impressive!) All the other functions (proclaimed by Bosch) appear to be everything you said it was. This Bosch dishwasher replaced the Frigidaire we had and it outperforms the Frigidaire! We are totally pleased with this Dishwasher we purchased! Also, the personal services that have been available are very handy...we are not left floating (wondering where we can find ou0t what we need to know!). Thanks for a good product and your services!!

After 26 months need expensive parts

Machine met our expectations until making a strange noise after 26 months of use. We contacted a Bosch recommended repair company and was told the heat pump (circulating pump) needed replacing. A replacement pump was ordered. Meanwhile, we still used the noisy dishwasher until the new heat pump was installed. After the instillation the dishwasher did not work and after the repairman called Bosch Tec Support we were told the machine needed a new CPU (Computer). We purchased the Bosch dishwasher because of the advertized quality and recommendations from friends. We are disappointed that our 300 Series Dishwasher is having issues after what seems to us a short period of time.

I installed the dishwasher myself and when I turned it on It was so quiet I thought it was dead on arrival. Wrong!! It is so quiet I couldn't believe it. You hardly know it's running until you can hear it discharge water into the sink drain. Even that is quieter than the one it replaced. My only complaint is that Home Depot charged my credit card a couple months before it would be shipped which I believe is a poor way to treat a customer. I don't blame Bosch for that.

This dishwasher's lower rack was not properly designed for the shell. So, when the lower rack is filled with plates, the weight of the rack splayed the rack's wheels inward on the track and the rack would fall into the dishwasher basin. What a ridiculous design flaw. Additionally, as with my other Bosch, this dishwasher has to be "restarted" if you open it during a cycle. You cannot just close the door and have it continue running through its cycle. Another feature missing is that the door should pop open when it's done cleaning. Other brands offer that, I am not sure why Bosch does not. The unit is super-quiet, however, and it seems to get dishes cleaned. Dealing with Bosch warranty repair was not nearly as bad as dealing with LG. Bosch sent someone out relatively quickly and the technician was able to bend the lower rack's wheelset enough to ensure the rack won't fall anymore, but they are also ordering a new rack which we are waiting for.
