My wife and I use the coffee maker everyday. It makes great tasting coffee and is very easy to use. While it is an expensive luxury, the savings from not going to Starbucks on a daily basis will hopefully make for a quick return on my investment.

I have been using this coffee machine only a short time and am very impressed with every aspect of it. So easy to use and it cleans along the way! The froth container is so much fun to use and makes a great cappuccino or latte. It just does everything for you! Choose your strength and you can even adjust how the beans are ground to allow you to have stronger or not so strong of a blend. The removable tank, coffee ground container and parts are the best as I am a clean freak and like everything to remain like new. I LOVE having this machine.....way to go Jenn-Air!

We have had this machine for a year and a half. The coffee tastes GREAT! However, it had a one year warranty, and broke around the 18th month. Jenn-Air did cover the cost to come out to fix it, but am of course concerned that it goes out again. The amount paid for this machine was significant, and now, knowing it only had a one year warranty is concerning. I think the new ones have a two year warranty, but i still do not think that suffice.
