cooktop takes 25 minutes to boil water still defective top completely replaced element light was stuck rebuilt again… still doesnt work oven takes 45 minutes to bake biscuits that took 14 minutes in a prior convection oven repaired… still the same chicken was set on convection bake 425 for 45 minutes… chicken was cold and upon restart temp was indicated as 216… preheat took 19 minutes… i will never buy another samsung appliance again

I love my counter depth Samsung Flex Dual Range. I can cook two items at different temps or only use it as a single range. I am able to preheat the oven using the app and receive notifications when the set temperature is achieved - worth the money.

I bought this oven a month ago and I’m glad I did. Using the smaller oven is perfect for pizzas and smaller items. Everyone who comes over compliments the oven. Using the smart things app is great for having oven pre heat while on way home from the grocery store.

I have used the two ovens extensively. With the holidays here will be a huge help. Also the convection times are spot on. The feature to lock the panel avoids accidental oven being turned on. The various racks and manual show you everything you need to know. The to surface is slightly wider so you do not have that small space between the counter. So nice to not have anything that could fall in between the range and the cabinet. Would definitively purchase sgain

the burners are too hot, cannot control the heat in a reasonable amount of time. burns the food before you can cool it down. i have blistering in my glass since the first two weeks from who knows what, the top has to be cleaned every time you use it. called for service several times, the company does not respond, i have emailed the service company 3x, called them 3x, called samsung, still no service call. do not buy this. i should have read the reviews, i had no idea it was a 3 year old model when i bought it. bought it for the double ovens.
