Why does the glass have marks/scratches that appear to be under the glass..from the first time I used the stovetop and it is getting worse after each use...I clean it as soon as it cleans with soapy water and dry it with micro rag...I would recommend this to others...however I would have to disclose the problem I am having

I've only had this range for a couple weeks and the service technician has been called twice now....waiting on his 3rd trip to my house. It's very disappointing when you buy appliances and they are sent to you broken!

I posted yesterday (about the oven glass breaking) and wanted to ad some additional comments. Bottom drawer is very flimsy and gets really hot when you are using the oven. So hot that you can't open the drawer. Top of the stove marks/scratches very easily after one use. Stains easily so the upkeep is very important if you like a clean stove. Just being totally honest. Not sure I would recommend it.

Purchased this range almost 2 months ago and the glass on the oven broke just from moving the range. They came to replace the glass and as it was being installed the glass broke (the repair man couldn't believe it himself). Not sure if this is a defect or not. Giving it one more chance and if it breaks again I want a new range. Also, the top of the range scratches very easily. You need to stay on top of cleaning it.
