I have concerns that I've had the same problem repeat itself twice in a month. When baking, which is why I bought the range, the oven turns off & starts cooling. Twice the "brains" of the unit have been replaced. Here's hoping today's fix does the trick....

Great product! As a former restaurant owner, we demand professional performance. This oven/range delivers. And the dual fuel convection is fantastic. Six pans of cookies all at once - not a problem. And they all come out perfect!

This is our first dual-fuel stove and really like the concept. It is a very clean sleek style. The stove top and both oven modes have performed as expected. There are only two minor complaints that I have, one the shelves have a back edge of about 2 inches which limits the size of cookie sheet or pizza stone, maybe on shelf could be flat, and two the glass for the oven seems dark with light on.
