Bread Proof Function
provides consistent low heat to help activate the yeast in dough while it proofs, promoting rise and infusing flavor. For best results, set the Humidity Slide Control to Moist while proofing.
Humidity Slide Control
adjusts moisture levels in the drawer to help retain the flavor and texture of different foods. The Dry Setting lets steam escape, great for baked goods and fried foods. The Moist Setting seals in moisture, great for egg dishes, roasts and vegetables.
Panel-Ready Design
"allows installation of a custom front panel and handle (not included) to create a seamless look with kitchen cabinetry.(BR)"
Slow Cook Function
can be used in place of a countertop slow cooker, eliminating the need for a separate appliance and saving counter space. It cooks food slowly at a low temperature, great for braising meats and vegetables or building flavor in stews and curries.
Two-Position Racks
can be placed front-to-back or side-to-side to accommodate cookware in a variety of shapes and sizes. Warming drawer includes two racks.

Added a warming drawer to our remodeled kitchen. When I read the manual and discovered the slow cook feature I used it to cook ribs and they turned out great. Nice bonus to the warming drawer.
Easy to use

Excellent product, everything is great about this unit. We are surprised how hot this can get. So the slow cooker seems to finish a dish a little faster than our countertop model. However, this slow cooker seems to produce better tasting recipes! Heads up - we have this unit installed in the middle drawer of a base cabinet. The drawer and countertop above the unit can get very hot, so don't place butter or items that can melt easily above it. FOR INSET STYLE CABINETS AND/OR PANEL-READY INSTALLATION: If you are using inset cabinets, there are installation issues you need to be aware of in regard to the opening size and depth of unit. Our installer had to remove drywall behind cabinet to get unit in far enough for inset. The flange around the unit was too wide for unit to fit b/c of the inset, he had to remove metal. And if you are purchasing a panel-ready unit along with having inset cabinets, there are even more issues. Make sure your installer knows what he is doing, as it can get tricky with some customizing perhaps necessary. Brace yourself for additional installation labor. If you are installing this in regular cabinetry, it should go smoothly.
