I am surprised at how this steam oven is so versatile. Using it for bread baking, steaming vegetables, convection roasting, etc. Right size for everyday use and the quick reference sheets help pick right settings each time. So glad i purchased it. Thanks

We like the way it cooks food either by steam or convection. However, the Descaling has never worked - follow directions meticulously and get error messages - either process doesn't complete (rinse phase doesn't start) or doesn't start at all (says water low even though reservoir is full of descaling solution). I suspect the control board is defective or some electronic malfunction. Unfortunately didn't find this out until warranty was expired. Guess we'll just run it until it dies and spend the outrageous service call (about $1000 for parts and labor). If you get one of these (and when they work, they're great) ge an extended warranty and try all the functions in the first month.

We love this steam oven. We use it more than any other appliance in our home. I honestly wish we had 2 of them. Highly recommend for its versatility and because it is small, it heats and cooks faster than our larger oven.
