Sleek looking. Seems to function well, although I confess I have not used it much since our summer has been so warm. I think I would have preferred knobs rather than digital controls, but I will adjust.

Bought this oven in March of this year 2017, and it cooks just fine, look good but 4 months into ownership the unit fail after the first self clean cycle was run! Call Whirlpool and the customer service person was very help and nice and schedule a 3rd party warrant company to take care of it. Mr, Appliance of East Texas was contact and made a appointment to Look at it for a week later. Service man can out on time and looked at it and found out it was a thermal fuse and needed to order the part. So NOW 2 weeks later and they are still waiting on parts and say it MIGHT COME IN IN ABOUT A WEEK. So I have been down with out my New oven for 3 weeks so far with another week to tens to go. I was raised that thing will go wrong but you and your company is only as good as how you handle your problems and Whirlpool, as nice as the people are, has issues oh by the way I have be on hold for 24:16 minutes so far just to fine out the status of the parts Again this unit cooks good when it is working and customer care is very nice but that has not fixed my unit. In my opinion whirlpool should implement a system to follow up on every service call to make sure their client are happy and taken care of properly instead of the client having to follow up with them on parts and when repairs are going to be done, Well after 42:15 I finally talked with a proactive customer service person, Cynthia , That seems to care and is trying to make it better. She is tracking down the part and is expediting them to get it fixed. We will see at she at least seemed to care.
