Now our kitchen has that modern look. The black stainless unfortunately, led us to replace everything in our kitchen with black stainless and it looks fantastic. The oven temperatures are very accurate and we love the fact that it also has a convection oven built in. Our only complaint, is it takes a little bit longer to preheat than our other oven. The oven controls are easy to understand and use.

We had this double oven for a little over a year and had repairmen out more times than I care to count and even a full replacement unit with no resolutions. This unit would not keep proper temperature during any cycle so your food will either be burnt or undercooked. The oven also repeatedly flashed an error code on the display then would shut down. We also had the control panel replaced multiple times and the errors would still occur. We could not count on this oven and researching it further made us worry that it would malfunction while we were at work, so we cut power to it at the breaker anytime we were not using it. The color is great, but became too much of a hazard and we were tired with repairmen coming out every couple weeks for the past year. Bosch finally agreed to come and get all of our Bosch appliances and issue a refund. However, the last frustration is getting our refund from the manufacturer. It has been over a month since they came and uninstalled all our Bosch appliances with no refund as promised. Very disappointed since our builder swears by this brand, but I would never purchase or recommend this brand to anyone.
