I bought the Kitchen Aid 1000 Watt Microwave just one month ago. It absolutely transformed the look of my kitchen! It’s easy controls and no-nonsense panel makes it a breeze to use. Everything I cook, warm or reheat comes out perfectly. Highly recommend.

We bought this 3 years and 2 months ago. Worked great. A few days ago it would not start. We kept getting a message saying “open/close door.” Still wouldn’t work after clearing out the timer and opening and closing the door a few times. We tried several things to get it to start again such as resetting the breaker, unplugging and plugging back in. No longer under warranty and customer service says it’s not really worth it to pay to have someone come fix it (might as well replace the unit). For how much we paid in 2016, we didn’t get our moneys worth. Will be shopping around.
