I don't often have the kind of customer service experience that merits an email to 'the bosses', but my recent experience with the MHA installer, Mark (aka "Lunchbox"), is one such time.. On Tuesday of this week, Mark and Chris came out to remove a dishwasher I had just purchased from you because it wasn't draining properly and to replace it with one I bought in it's place...Upon close inspection of the problem, Mark suggested that the problem might not have been the dishwasher but instead the plumbing- a clog and/or a need for some different piping... So fortunately I was able to get a drain expert in my neighborhood over here while they were still here and, lo and behold - it was the drain and also the way it was plumbed... He corrected the problem and I decided to go ahead and swap out the new dishwasher with the one already there. If Mark hadn't taken the time and trouble to evaluate the situation, but instead just took out the one that was there and put in the newest one, I would likely have found that the problem reoccurred... And I would not have been a happy customer... But the bottom line was that Mark went beyond the call of duty by taking the time to really look at the situation, then explaining to me what he thought the problem might be, spending extra time here while the drain expert did his thing, then installing the new dishwasher... All with a smile on his face and a sincere desire to see the situation resolved...Mark was exceptionally upbeat, thoughtful, pleasant, hard-working, and enthusiastic... He is the kind of employee any company would value and I hope you agree... I am a Corporate Recruiter with many years in Human Resources, and I know that employees like Mark are really hard to find (although you probably know that) and when you do, you want to hold onto them! This experience with Mountain High has been so positive that I guarantee you I'll be back!
I received a refund for the delivery of my dryer. I am very appreciative. It means a lot to me that someone listened, especially since I don't think I was over the top in my feedback. It is one thing when you scream and yell and someone has to pay attention. It is another when you simply say that not being able to schedule a delivery in a timely manner negatively impacted your own schedule and someone still thinks that is important enough to warrant a response.
Please know that your attention to customer service is noted and I will tell everyone I know about the great service I received. I will be needing a new refrigerator and dishwasher in the next 6 months and you can be sure mountain high appliance will be my first and only stop.
I was very impressed with your showroom and staff. There was no high pressure sales pitches to buy a more expensive fridge. The two guys that delivered fridge were wonderful. They had to really wedge it under cabinets but were very careful and then even polished it for me. 1) - Mike Schildmeier was very attentive and helpful during the purchase of Jenn Air cooktop and combined oven. He was always available to see us, answered all our questions, took all the time required to give us the right information (we made several trips to your store). Given that the appliances are expensive, we were pretty demanding and Mike's attitude was so positive at all times.
I was very appreciative when Mike helped me out AFTER the oven had been installed. The oven door had been damaged during shipment and the servicing company was calling me for specs on the door to be replaced- which of course was not my job to do. I called Mike and he took of it immediately. I was very relieved not to have to deal with that. He was also very efficient and helpful to get me the rebate paperwork again. He has a very positive, efficient and attentive attitude and that was what made his service excellent for me.
2) Robert Toscano - I was quite appreciative of Robert's help for the installation and information concerning the damaged door during shipment. He walked me through the issue, patiently discussed the issue and took all the time required. For the installation, we have also had some ongoing issues (not Mountain High's fault) but there again, Robert was extremely diligent in trying to give us excellent service and find solutions that made the client happy.
I am very appreciative of their efficient work and positive approach.
I wanted to send you an email and let you know that you have 2 great delivery guys. James and Mark did a great installation on our recent purchase of a Jenn-Air stainless steel refrigerator. They took their time and made sure everything was perfect before they departed. We did have a couple of dings at the top of both french doors, but that had nothing to do with them. They both made sure that we were informed about how to get the dings resolved.
They were very professional and personable while doing the installation and I would highly recommend them and your company to anyone in the future who needs appliances. Very Service oriented and we would without hesitation, come back to Mountain High to buy future appliances and accessories.

I live at about 9000 ft elevation so I imagine poor Matt and Mark had no idea the challenges they would face in my delivery, install, and haul away. Charlie came by the house about a week before delivery to determine if the new oven would fit without major modifications to my cabinetry. “I wanted to let you know how absolutely grateful and satisfied my wife and I were in buying our appliances at Mountain High Appliance. I found your location through doing an exhaustive search on the web for a new downdraft cooktop to replace the one we had. We had new granite counter tops installed and wanted a new cook top and double oven to accompany the new counter. After being referred to MHA from the website info, I emailed MHA and was in contact with your salesman Mike Canino. After several emails to decide on a cooktop that would work, a 36? downdraft cooktop doesn’t have many selections, Mike solved our needs and we came over to your location from Northglenn and met Mike. We were treated royally by Mike and he ordered the cooktop for us at a great price. Then we asked him about the double oven while we were there and he got us a great replacement for the 27? GE we had with the new 27? GE. When I came to pickup the cooktop so our granite man had the right dimensions to cut a hole in the granite, I only had my car thinking I could put it in the trunk. The warehouse men told me no way it would fit because the downdraft made the box too big for my trunk. I went back to MHA and talked to Mike about getting different arrangements to pick up the cooktop and he just handed me the keys to his truck and told me I could use it to bring the cooktop home. Mike deserves salesman of the year for being such a big help to us when we needed it. My wife couldn’t believe I had Mike’s truck when I pulled up in the garage and unloaded the cooktop. Your delivery men, Matt and Chris came out with our double oven to install on a frigid morning and did an excellent job of removing the old one and installing the new one. They made a few minor changes to the electrical box in the wall, showed my wife everything about how to use the ovens and were very knowledgeable about the product and caring for it. Thank you so much for the capable employees you have working for you and how they represent your company. Any appliances we purchase in the future (a microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator to match the cooktop & double oven) we will be contacting Mike to make those purchases.
