Large Big Green Eggs with dual metal top, charcoal, fire starter, temperature gauge, hand wash bucket, plastic gloves, drinking water and soft drinks, tent, (1) serving table, 39 gallon large trash cans, all paper products and supplies for serving guests, and the use of our 14 live kitchens for preparation the day before (Friday, 8/17/12, 9:00 am -5:00 pm, first come first served). We will have coffee and danishes Saturday morning before the event. All Big Green Eggs will be for sale after the event. Presales are allowed and encouraged. Contact Barbara for details.

Their own food and other supplies: chairs, coolers, ice for food, utensils, (1) prep table up to 6’ long, one small trash can, etc. You are allowed ONE grilling helper admission free of charge. All other friends and family will pay the going admission rate.

Preparation: We are negotiating with a local butcher for special pricing on select cuts of meat, more details to come. Beer, wine, and ice are available from Down Under Liquor located next door (Fri/Sat 10am-11pm, Sun 11:30am-6pm, 303-926-7944).
Logistics/Schedule: We will have a Pre-Party on Friday, 8/17, from 5:30pm-7:30pm, with drinks and appetizers provided at a downtown Louisville location to be announced. Arrival for set-up can be either Friday, 8/17, from 3pm-5pm, or Saturday, 8/18, starting at 7:30 am. Cars will be directed where to go by our parking attendants Saturday morning after unloading your cooking supplies. You must be ready to cook by 9 am on Saturday. Down Under Liquor will provide a wine tasting during the Eggfest from 11am-2pm. You can break down no sooner than 3pm.
